Russell-Filand Builders, Inc. (formally known as Russell-Crane Builders) is home-based in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona.                                               

 

As sister company to Crane Construction, LLC of Chicago, IL which was founded over 50 years ago, the two companies combined provide General Contracting services across the entire United States.
